Mechanical Department

The Department of Mechanical has been functioning since 2009. The department offers a full time Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering and is excelling in its activities from past 3 years. The Department is under the affliation of board of technical education from 2009. The present intake of the department is 60. The department has a faculty strenght of 8. The department is producing competent and confident Engineers who are globally preffered by imparting sound knowledge in Engineering Mathematics & Engineering Science. The Staff gives the information about latest development in Technology and sound practical training. The Department also enhances the Sudent’s Managerial and Leadership qualities.

The department is established with a wide range of laboratories and workshops with most modern jigs & fixtures, machines, instruments, apparatus, tools and testers. A complete range of mechanical precision works in respect of Sheet metal, Welding, Carpentry, Smithy, foundry, Material Testing, Machine Shop operations are undertaken for development of expertise and skill amongst students. Arrangements are also made to impart industry standard development of skills through in-situ practical training at established industries.

The faculty comprises of a qualified & experienced who are engaged in imparting the technical knowledge & to train the students in Mechanical field. They are actively involved in various activities of the department & offer technical support to the needy.
